Strengthening of sanctions for the export of passenger cars

Lithuanian Customs informs that from 2024 June 4 more attention will be paid to exported passenger cars up to five years old.
Lithuanian customs applies stricter measures in implementing the 2024 May 9 The customs agreement of the five European Union states on the application of uniform control measures related to the implementation of sanctions, signed in Vilnius.
About which documents will be mandatory to submit from June 4. for exported, as well as re-exported or transported in transit cars up to five years old, read more in the notice of the Customs Department.
