Requirements for persons wishing to provide customs representation services

Customs training program and qualification exam for representatives in the customs of the Republic of Lithuania, intended for persons who want to provide customs representation services in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. The main goal is to provide training participants with the knowledge and skills needed in this field. The program covers the following areas:
 
Legislation and their application: Training participants are introduced to customs legislation and legislation regulating customs activities.
Declaration and preparation of documents: During training, you learn how to prepare a customs declaration and other necessary documents.
Duration and methods of training: The total length of training is 90 academic hours and the training is delivered in the classroom using a variety of methods, including lectures, practical exercises and discussions.
Qualification exam: Every person who wants to provide customs representation services must pass a qualification exam and receive a qualification approval certificate.
 
The requirements for the qualifying customs representative exam in Lithuania include the following aspects:
Legal background: The exam assesses the participant's knowledge of customs legislation and its application.
Declaration and preparation of documents: Participants must be able to prepare a customs declaration and other necessary documents.
Practical tasks: The exam may include practical tasks related to customs procedures.
Theoretical part: Participants answer questions about customs activities, procedures and rules.
The exam is qualifying, so it is important to prepare and acquire the necessary knowledge.
