We kindly invite you to participate at the association LINEKA XXXII congress, which will be held on May 6, 2024, Monday, at the conference hall of the Best Western Hotel Vilnius, Konstitucijos pr. 14, Vilnius LT-09308

17:00 - Conference
19:00 - Festive evening

On the agenda of the congress provides for approval of the association's activity report of the previous financial year, approval of the association's financial reporting of the previous financial year and the approval of the budget for 2024, (the draft agenda is sent by e-mail).

Within the framework of the congress, a conference on the topic "New challenges in forwarding and logistics business - consequences and perspective" and a celebratory evening dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the association's activity are organized (invitation to the conference and information on the participation contribution of the association member are sent by e-mail).

According to the statutes of the Association LINEKA, the Congress is legal if at least 1/2 (half) of the members of the Association participate in it, therefore, to ensure a quorum, please inform the secretariat of the Association LINEKA about your decision to participate in the Congress in person, or (if it is not possible to come yourself), according to the established form, appoint an authorized representative (authorization form is sent by e-mail).
